RE: INTRODUCTION OF MPESA PAY BILL – NO. 322300
We are pleased to inform that we have now introduced Mpesa pay bill services. You can now pay your rent via our MPESA pay bill number 322300.
Go to Mpesa Menu, select pay bill, enter business number, in the account number field box, write your plot name and your house number, enter the amount, enter the Mpesa PIN then press ok. Ones this is done, you will have effectively paid your rent.
Please DO NOT and we repeat DO NOT give your rent to anyone OR send to anyone through Mpesa including staff of Acumen but instead make use of the company’s Mpesa pay bill number to make your payment. Any payment to Acumen staff or to any other person outside our offices and where no receipt can be issued shall be considered as private arrangements and the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of CASH.
The other acceptable means of payment is through our offices where you MUST ensure a receipt is issued against amount paid. You can also pay your rent through the following account Numbers:-

Banking slips for rent paid through the bank MUST always be surrendered to our offices for exchange with rent payment receipts. Always ensure plot name, house number is written at the back of the banking slip.
